Lani Hans is a licensed social worker with a broad array of experience in the field. She began working with the senior community in 2010. Lani has held positions in several geriatric care settings ranging from in-home, subacute to long-term care facilities. She has served as the director of social services in a continued care community.

She also has experience with children and adolescents with developmental and learning disabilities, as well as providing care within a psychiatric in-patient unit.

She takes a multi-disciplinary approach to understanding the needs of each individual client and strives to promote their independent social well-being. Lani has her Masters's Degree from the Touro Graduate School of Social Work.
